Important: SHRISH LLC currently operates as a pickup-only business. Orders are generally pay at pickup, and we may currently accept cash, card, or Zelle at pickup. Online payment is not yet enabled on the website, but may be added later.
By using shrish.co, contacting SHRISH LLC, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
SHRISH LLC operates a local preorder and pickup business for mangoes and other food items. We currently serve pickup customers in Short Pump, VA and Chesterfield, VA. We do not currently offer shipping through the website.
Submitting an order is a request to reserve products based on expected availability. It does not guarantee that every selected product or variety will be available at fulfillment time. Because some items depend on shipments and seasonal arrivals, certain varieties may not arrive even after orders are placed.

SHRISH LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, decline service, or refuse a transaction, subject to applicable law. We may exercise this right for availability reasons, operational issues, suspected misuse, inaccurate customer information, abusive behavior, repeated no-shows, or other legitimate business concerns.
You agree to provide accurate contact and pickup information when placing an order. You also agree not to misuse the website, submit misleading orders, interfere with website operations, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the site.
By placing an order or submitting your contact information, you authorize SHRISH LLC to contact you regarding order updates, availability changes, pickup instructions, customer communication, and informational purposes related to your order or service experience.
Many products sold by SHRISH LLC are seasonal, shipment-dependent, and agricultural or food-based in nature. Natural variation in size, ripeness, flavor, color, texture, and appearance may occur. Product photos and descriptions are intended as guidance and may not perfectly match every item received.
Unless SHRISH LLC explicitly announces otherwise, website orders are for local pickup only. Future services, including sweets expansion, delivery, or online payments, may be added later, but are not part of the current customer offering unless clearly stated by us.
All website content, branding, logos, design elements, photographs, text, and related materials are owned by or used by SHRISH LLC and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHRISH LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of website use, order placement, product availability issues, or pickup-related matters. Our maximum liability, if any, will be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected order.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
