SHRISH LLC (“Shrish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website shrish.co. We offer local preorder and pickup of seasonal food items and specialty products, including mangoes and other items we make available from time to time.
Our business currently serves customers through local pickup in the Richmond, Virginia area, including Short Pump, VA, Chesterfield, VA, and Mechanicsville, VA.

We do not store your account password in our database. Password login is handled by Firebase Authentication. We collect only the information reasonably needed to process orders, coordinate pickup, respond to customers, and operate the business.

Some products and varieties sold by SHRISH LLC depend on seasonality, supplier availability, and incoming shipments. Because of that, placing an order does not guarantee that every item or variety selected will be available at fulfillment time.
In some cases, a variety may not arrive even after orders are placed. In those situations, we may contact you to provide an update, discuss alternatives if available, fulfill later if feasible, or cancel all or part of the order.
At this time, online payment is not yet enabled on our website. Orders are generally completed as pay at pickup. Depending on our current setup, payment at pickup may be accepted by cash, card, or Zelle.

If online payments are introduced in the future, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe or another provider. SHRISH LLC does not intend to store full card numbers on its own systems.
