Important: SHRISH LLC operates a preorder business with pickup and eligible shipping options shown during checkout. Mango-only and mixed mango carts may be eligible for pay at pickup. Non-mango-only carts are generally paid online before fulfillment.
By using shrish.co, contacting SHRISH LLC, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
SHRISH LLC operates a preorder business for mangoes and other food items. We currently serve pickup customers in Short Pump, VA, Chesterfield, VA, and Mechanicsville, VA. Shipping may be offered only for eligible non-mango items when the checkout page shows that option. Mangoes are excluded from shipping unless we clearly state otherwise.
Submitting an order is a request to reserve products based on expected availability. It does not guarantee that every selected product or variety will be available at fulfillment time. Because some items depend on shipments and seasonal arrivals, certain varieties may not arrive even after orders are placed.
In such cases, SHRISH LLC may, at its discretion:
Prices shown on the website are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice for future orders. We generally honor the confirmed order price for an already-placed order unless you modify the order, an item is unavailable, a substitution is accepted, or an obvious pricing or listing error occurs.
Checkout will show the payment option currently available for your cart. Mango-only and mixed mango carts may be eligible for pay at pickup. Non-mango-only carts are generally paid online using Stripe or another third-party payment processor. SHRISH LLC may accept cash, card, or Zelle at pickup when pay at pickup is offered. We may change accepted payment methods at any time.
Online payment authorization, capture, disputes, refunds, fraud review, and payment data handling may be managed by the payment processor. We are not responsible for delays, declines, or outages caused by third-party processors, banks, card networks, or payment services.
Pickup locations, dates, and times may change due to operational needs, venue availability, weather, safety concerns, supplier delays, shipment delays, or other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers using the contact information on file. SHRISH LLC is not responsible for travel costs, fuel costs, time lost, or other inconvenience caused by a pickup change if the order remains available at an updated pickup location or time.
If you do not appear during the designated pickup window, your order may be marked as a no-show. We are not obligated to hold, redeliver, or reschedule no-show orders. Customers with repeated no-shows may be restricted from placing future orders, subject to applicable law.
SHRISH LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, decline service, or refuse a transaction, subject to applicable law. We may exercise this right for availability reasons, operational issues, suspected misuse, inaccurate customer information, abusive behavior, repeated no-shows, or other legitimate business concerns.
Customer accounts are optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Order changes made through an account are subject to product availability, order status, and pickup timing. Once an order is prepared, packed, or committed for fulfillment, changes may no longer be available.
You agree to provide accurate contact and pickup information when placing an order. You also agree not to misuse the website, submit misleading orders, interfere with website operations, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the site.
You are responsible for reviewing product information, pickup instructions, allergen warnings, spice warnings, storage guidance, these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy before ordering.
By placing an order or submitting your contact information, you authorize SHRISH LLC to contact you regarding order updates, availability changes, pickup instructions, customer communication, and informational purposes related to your order or service experience.
Order-related communications may be sent by email, phone, SMS/text message, WhatsApp, or similar channels. Promotional or marketing-style SMS, WhatsApp, or email messages will be handled separately from essential order communications, with consent and opt-out methods where required by law. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Many products sold by SHRISH LLC are seasonal, shipment-dependent, and agricultural or food-based in nature. Natural variation in size, ripeness, flavor, color, texture, and appearance may occur. Product photos and descriptions are intended as guidance and may not perfectly match every item received.
Sweets, pickles, podi, chutneys, snacks, and similar specialty foods may vary in taste, texture, sweetness, saltiness, spice level, oil content, color, and appearance between batches, suppliers, seasons, and handmade production runs. Such variation is normal and is not a defect.
Pickles, podi, and specialty foods may contain peanut/groundnut oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, or other oils. Oil separation, settling, or variation in oil content is a natural characteristic and is not a defect.
Food allergy notice: Products may contain, be prepared with, or come into contact with major food allergens, including milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame. Pickles, podi, and related specialty items may be prepared with peanut/groundnut oil. Fish, prawns/shrimp, chicken, and mutton items contain animal proteins as described.
Cross-contact notice: Products may be manufactured, processed, packed, stored, transported, or handled in facilities or environments that also handle peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, fish, and shellfish. Cross-contact may occur even when an allergen is not intentionally listed as an ingredient. If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy, consult a physician before ordering and contact us before placing an order.
Ingredient lists on the website are provided for customer convenience and may change based on supplier recipe, manufacturing batch, season, availability, or packaging changes. Products may contain additional ingredients, sub-ingredients, spices, preservatives, acidifying ingredients, oils, or seasonings not fully reflected in the short website description. If you have any allergy, sensitivity, pregnancy-related food concern, dietary restriction, medical condition, or ingredient question, contact SHRISH LLC before placing an order.
Many products, especially pickles, podi, and non-veg specialty items, may be spicy or very spicy. Start with a small portion first and observe for any discomfort or allergic reaction. Stop eating the product and contact a doctor or seek medical care if you experience any adverse reaction.
You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for you and anyone you serve. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you had the opportunity to review available product information and ask ingredient questions before ordering. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHRISH LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, spice tolerance issues, or medical issues arising from products you choose to order or consume, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products, packaging, labels, size, color, texture, ingredients, and appearance may vary from time to time due to supplier changes, manufacturer's batch, production location, seasonal availability, packaging updates, and transportation conditions. Website descriptions are informational only and should not be treated as a complete label, medical advice, nutrition advice, or allergy guarantee.
SHRISH LLC intends to offer products only as allowed by applicable federal, Virginia, local, supplier, labeling, food-safety, and business requirements. If a product safety issue, supplier notice, recall, allergen concern, contamination concern, or regulatory issue arises, we may cancel orders, remove products, contact affected customers, issue refunds or replacements, or take other steps we determine are appropriate or legally required.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law, including rights relating to unsafe, adulterated, mislabeled, recalled, or legally nonconforming products.
We may photograph product displays or pickup events for legitimate business and marketing purposes. If we want to use an identifiable customer as the main subject of a photo, video, testimonial, or promotional post, we will seek consent where appropriate. If you do not want to be photographed at pickup, please tell us at the pickup location and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.
Website orders are limited to the pickup, shipping, payment, and product options shown at checkout when the order is placed. We may add, remove, pause, or change pickup locations, shipping options, products, payment methods, or service areas at any time.
All website content, branding, logos, design elements, photographs, text, and related materials are owned by or used by SHRISH LLC and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHRISH LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of website use, order placement, product availability issues, or pickup-related matters. Our maximum liability, if any, will be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected order.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate issues directly before either party considers a formal dispute.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and SHRISH LLC for use of the website and orders placed with us. Informal messages, social media posts, or verbal statements do not modify these terms unless reflected in an updated written policy or specific written confirmation from SHRISH LLC.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or SHRISH LLC services should be brought in an appropriate state or local court in Virginia with jurisdiction over the dispute.
Our products are handcrafted foods. Oil separation, oil migration to the lid or jar rim, settling of spices, color variation, minor leakage of surface oil, texture changes in sweets, and softening or firming due to ambient temperature are normal characteristics of traditional Andhra foods in transit and are not defects. Such characteristics alone do not qualify an order for a refund, replacement, or credit.
Products are sold for personal, non-commercial consumption. Purchasing for commercial resale, redistribution, or marketplace listing without our prior written agreement is prohibited, and we may cancel orders we reasonably believe are intended for resale.
Additional provisions effective August 3, 2026
Unless a product label or written product listing expressly states otherwise, SHRISH LLC may act as a retailer, importer, distributor, or curator of products made, processed, packed, or supplied by independent third-party producers. SHRISH LLC does not claim to manufacture every product it sells. References to a supplier, producer, production location, region, or country of origin are based on information available to us and may be updated when supplier or packaging information changes.
Terms such as "handmade," "handcrafted," "artisan," "traditional," "home-style," or "small-batch" describe the represented or customary production method of the applicable product or supplier. They do not mean that the product was manufactured by SHRISH LLC or prepared in a private Virginia home unless we expressly state that fact in writing.
The physical package label, manufacturer label, legally required supplemental label, lot code, Best Before date, ingredient statement, allergen declaration, storage directions, and preparation instructions supplied with the product control over abbreviated website content if there is a difference. You must inspect the package and read all labels before opening, serving, or consuming the product.
Do not consume a product if its seal is unexpectedly broken, the package is swollen or materially damaged, the product shows unexpected spoilage or contamination, or the package information conflicts with a known allergy or dietary restriction. Keep the product and packaging, take photographs, and contact SHRISH LLC promptly for instructions. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Statements about traditional use, ingredients, protein, millet, jaggery, moringa, fruit, spices, or other product characteristics are general product information and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of health, nutrition, weight, blood-sugar, allergy, pregnancy, or other outcomes. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, allergies, sensitivities, or therapeutic diets.
SHRISH LLC is not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for delay, shortage, cancellation, deterioration, or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier failure, crop conditions, manufacturing interruption, customs or border action, government hold, inspection, regulatory change, carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, labor interruption, utility or internet outage, public-health event, war, civil disorder, or similar force-majeure event. We may delay, substitute with customer approval, cancel, refund, or otherwise adjust affected orders as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
Except for any express written warranty provided by SHRISH LLC and except where prohibited by law, the website, services, and products are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHRISH LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This disclaimer does not exclude warranties, duties, consumer protections, or remedies that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, and it does not excuse the sale of unsafe, adulterated, recalled, or legally nonconforming food.
SHRISH LLC is not responsible for harm caused after delivery by improper storage, failure to refrigerate when directed, use after the stated date, use of an unclean or wet utensil, customer alteration or repackaging, addition of ingredients, unauthorized resale, consumption despite a known allergy or warning, or use inconsistent with the package instructions, except to the extent responsibility cannot be limited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHRISH LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, fraudulent conduct, unauthorized commercial resale or relabeling of products, or material violation of these Terms. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify SHRISH LLC for SHRISH LLC's own negligence, unlawful conduct, or obligations that cannot be shifted under applicable law.
SHRISH LLC may add to or revise these Terms prospectively when business practices, products, fulfillment methods, suppliers, technology, or legal requirements change. The version posted when an order is placed generally governs that order unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed in writing. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use and future orders.
